My primary focus is on customization of bespoke manufactured office furniture and the delivery of exemplary service, within budget, while exceeding customer expectations.
With over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience and international sales success, I am the Managing Director at R2E Associates, a company established in 2009, that bridges the gap between service, design, and manufacturing, highlighting conscious driven processes to create transformative interior spaces.
In 2019, I earned a certificate of participation from Yale School of Management in the Accelerated Advanced Management program, where I learned quantitative competitive strategy models that lead with impact and success. I have a strong financial and business acuity, a propensity for quality design, and the ability to lead a team to enhance profitability & revenue growth.
I offer experience in managing teams of seasoned professionals who focus on customized A&D driven FF&E applications that position as brand ambassadors of quality manufacturing.

In addition to proven success within the contract furniture industry, I am co-founder and former CEO of Easy Breezy Laundry & Easy Breezy Irving Park Inc. established in 2013. A Chicago based company that exceeded revenue growth expectations in year one of operation.
We successfully secured multiple SBA-7a loans which allowed for the acquisition of distressed commercial real estate locations. Capital improvement included modernization & renovation of multiple laundromat & dry-cleaning facilities, with acquisition of state-of-the-art technology, purchase of new commercial grade equipment, job creation, and expansion of community-based essential services.
These efforts resulted in proven success in leadership and consistent revenue growth year over year.
In May 2018, I was honored and invited with distinction as keynote speaker for the NAGGL convention in Chicago. Recognized for proven leadership skills and business acuity as: "Champion of Small Business Entrepreneurship" awarded by the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders, sponsored by Byline Bank, BBVA, JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, US Bank, and SBA.
